Starfish Oils has created a secure website to ensure the safety of your personal information while shopping. We have utilized (SSL) Secure Socket Layer Technology to protect your credit card information while it is being transmitted to us. You will know the site is secure by observing either an unbroken key or a closed lock in the lower left-hand corner of your web browser. These icons indicate that you are shopping on a secure site.

Starfish Oils will not sell or disclose any information about our customers. All information gathered is for the use of Starfish Oils only.

To purchase on the Starfish Oils website, simply click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button next to the item you wish to purchase. Then select the quantity of the product being purchased. Continue shopping. Once you are done shopping click “View Cart” to review and update your order. Once you are satisfied with the contents of the shopping cart select the “Checkout” button.

To process your order, you will be asked to submit the following information:

1. Email Address
2. Billing Information
3. Shipping Information
4. Shipping Method
5. Credit card number and expiration date

After all the information has been entered you will see the order total including shipping and handling charges and any applicable sales tax. Then click the “Submit” button. You will receive an email confirmation of your order along with an order confirmation number.

Shipping and Handling

Starfish Oils ships to all US States and territories, as well as internationally. Orders are shipped using UPS, FEDEX and US Postal Service. All orders received by 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. Please allow 14 business days for international orders.

Shipping charges within the U.S.A. are determined by the total order value as follows:

Order Tracking

Once your credit card has been approved your order will shipped. You will be notified by email that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers will take approx. 24 hours to appear on the shippers’ website.
